Investment in full swing

New momentum is on the way to clear up the business landscape, so to turn it into a giant hub for investments. Today, in the wake of world economy race, Algeria sets ready to enter the arena  with lot of cards to show off -Big signal is given, in a sense that investors pick Algeria as most wanted destination for their “ money “-So far so good, ranking in good position with mega projects triggered by well balanced investments programme. Africa as a whole lays down a smart banking strategy by issuing investments tax-credit and other facilitations so to boost up renewable energies – figures given by the World financial institutions such as world bank the CNUCED,  the BAD and African central banks – reveal that during 2023-/24 , earnings of the IDE come mainly from overseas . Foreign investments have reached record breaking in 2004. In this context of the “ low ebb”of projects financing in the world, the African continent make headway with 94 mls dlrs of direct foreign investments  ever made up till now. Direct foreign investment (IDF)in Africa have raised by 85% in 2024, according to late data issued by United Nations conference over Trade and development (Cnuced), the final report published on January 20, which emphasized a trend low of 8% of IDF at world level , reveals that Egypt has so far taken one third of the total amount of investments . This growth is related to several agreements which have considerably stimulated investments projects in Africa. The growth  dynamic  of the African of the African economy, its geographical strategy, the weak cost of manpower , its skilled labour force , its tourism potential, an energy reserves , large domestic market – success recorded thanks to reforms undertaken by numerous enterprises have largely contributed in boosting the IDF . Several countries have recently adopted a law on investment which foresees urgent needs for performances and incentives – notably for strong projects of main powering and localisations. Special economic zones have been set with rules in directions of more liberal and efficient administrations fiscal incitation, easy recording procedures.
