Ahmed Attaf received Japanese Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs

Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf received Japanese Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Hisashi Matsumoto on Sunday in Algiers, as part of an official visit.

The meeting reviewed outcomes of the first session of the Algerian-Japanese Joint Economic Committee and reaffirmed both countries’ commitment to strengthening bilateral economic partnership in line with their development priorities.

The two sides also exchanged views on key international and regional issues, with particular focus on developments in Palestine.
