#WorldNoTabaccoDay

“Health is like money. You never know the value of it until you lost it.”
Smoking has long been a habit so many people would like to kick, but it is something that has proven to be difficult. The good news is that in recent times there has been more of a focus on people quitting smoking, and societies trying to go smoke-free.
World No Tobacco Day is here to encourage healthier lifestyles and support people in giving up tobacco so they can live longer, happier !
Start off by setting aside your cigarettes, and starting the day out with a fresh new perspective that’s tobacco-free.
Perhaps start by counting the number of cigarettes you smoke in a day, and setting yourself a goal for a gradual reduction in cigarettes until you’re absolutely tobacco-free on the next World No Tobacco Day.
The average Algerian smoker spends around 58,000 DZD a year on cigarettes, imagine what you could do with that kind of money! Over the following year, you’ll start to feel healthier, have more energy, get sick less, and have more money in your pocket! Wouldn’t that be the greatest celebration ever?
Consider it a first step to kicking that tobacco habit!
Smoking is also responsible for serious health issues in Algeria, including lung cancer, heart disease, stroke, and chronic respiratory problems, with more than 8% of deaths in the country linked to tobacco use. Quitting now doesn’t just improve your health it helps build a stronger, healthier Algeria for future generations.
So why not take this day as the first step toward breaking the habit for good? The best celebration you can give yourself is a tobacco-free life.
