Drug busts in Ouargla

Police in Ouargla, Algeria, have dismantled two organized crime networks in separate operations. Authorities seized over 233,000 pregabalin capsules and more than 1.5 kg of cocaine, and arrested five individuals.

In the first operation, police arrested three suspects and confiscated over 232,000 pregabalin capsules. The second operation led to the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of 1.57 kg of cocaine and 607 pregabalin capsules. The suspects have been brought before the Ouargla public prosecutor.
