PNA delegation connects with central american parliament

From August 23rd to 28th, an official delegation from Algeria’s Popular National Assembly (PNA) will visit the Central American Parliament in Guatemala City. The visit follows an invitation from the president of the Central American Parliament, Silvia García Polanco.
The Central American Parliament is a regional political body established to promote integration and cooperation among Central American countries. The purpose of this visit is to strengthen parliamentary cooperation and boost the exchange of expertise between the two regions. The PNA delegation will also explore the development of legislative partnerships that will benefit citizens and communities.
This initiative marks a significant step for Algeria, solidifying its presence on the international stage and showcasing its commitment to cooperation and dialogue with parliaments around the world. It is part of a broader diplomatic effort by Algeria to engage with regional bodies beyond its traditional sphere of influence, including recent efforts to challenge for greater influence in the Central American Parliament.
