President Tebboune, Emir of Qatar discuss Palestine and bilateral ties

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held a phone call on Tuesday with his brother, the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Presidency said in a statement.

During the call, President Tebboune thanked the Emir and the State of Qatar for their continuous efforts in support of the Palestinian cause, despite the recent aggression against Qatar. He encouraged the Emir to keep pushing until justice is restored for the Palestinian people.

The two leaders also spoke about the strong bilateral relations between Algeria and Qatar and agreed to meet soon, according to the same source.
