Viral video of the woman Attack leads to arrest

After a video went viral on social media, we saw a woman being savagely attacked by a man near the 1st of May subway station. This was a sad and disappointing video for the Algerian people, who sympathized with the victim and showed their support in the comments. Thanks to the person who filmed the scene, the perp couldn’t escape punishment.

Without a lot of effort from the police, who are actively on the case, they arrested the suspect thanks to several reports made via the 1548 hotline. The aggressor is the one who was presented to the prosecutor under penal procedure.

Algerian people are embracing the idea of filming such crimes, whereas before people were afraid to do so. Now, thanks to this courageous behavior, it’s easier for the police to catch a criminal. It’s also a deterrence for gangsters to reduce these acts.
