ANIE prepares voter list update for 2025

The acting president of the National Independent Elections Authority (ANIE), Karim Khelfane, chaired a coordination meeting on Wednesday to prepare for the regular revision of the electoral rolls for 2025, the authority announced in a statement.

The meeting was held in line with the provisions of Ordinance No. 21-01 of March 10, 2021, which sets out the electoral system law, as amended and supplemented particularly Article 62 regarding the periodic update of voter lists.

Representatives from the ministries of Justice, Foreign Affairs, Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport also took part in the session.
