Algeria and Vitenam elevate cooperation

On Wednesday morning, Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb met at the Government Palace with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, on an official visit to Algeria from November 18 to 20, 2025.
The meeting highlighted the deep friendship and solidarity between the two nations and their shared history of struggle. It reaffirmed both leaders’ commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation across all fields and elevating it to a strategic partnership.
The talks were held in the presence of Minister of State Ahmed Attaf, Minister of Foreign Trade Kamel Rezig, and Minister of Housing Mohamed Tarek Belaribi.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh arrived in Algiers on Tuesday for this visit, which aims to deepen the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Algeria and Vietnam, promoting partnership in key areas of mutual interest.
