Google CEO sounds the alarm on AI boom

At an eletronic wave beaming distance, the AI booming is likely to invide the whole humanity. Shifting from global  village to a very alarming artificial intelligence web, sounds like peering into cosmic mystery. Would that be supportive to world developping technological research, remains the quest of drawing the limit of this uncatchable authority.Today : artificial intelligence , this new tech has taken part in almost all areas of life , for some making the life better and easier yet  this rising threat can take a different shift which will negatively impact our lives . 

In a broad interview at Google’s headquarters, CEO Sundar Pichai addressed growing concerns about an AI market that many fear is entering a bubble. With tech valuations soaring and massive investment deals around OpenAI raising alarms, Pichai warned that the industry sometimes “overshoots” during big technological shifts.

“We can look back at the internet… there was clearly a lot of excess investment,” he said, adding that AI will be the same: “Both rational, and with elements of irrationality.”

He also stressed the “immense” energy demands of AI and admitted this pressure is slowing Google’s climate targets, though the company remains committed to reaching net-zero by 2030.

On jobs, Pichai called AI “the most profound technology” humanity has worked on and said it will reshape work everywhere: “It will evolve and transition certain jobs… people who learn how to use these tools will do better.”
