New pumping station fuels industrial growth in Mosta

The industrial zone in El Hassian (Mostaganem) has been recently enhanced with a new stormwater pumping and diversion station, boosting its infrastructure.

This facility, capable of handling 18,000 cubic meters per hour, significantly improves rainwater drainage into the adjacent wadi, supporting the area’s readiness for industrial units and investments. With an investment of over 518 million DZD, it complements an earlier station costing 360 million DZD.

Authorities have also arranged training programs to optimize management and operation of the station, ensuring efficient use of this vital infrastructure. This development strengthens the industrial zone’s capacity and supports sustained economic growth.
