Saadaoui voices Algeria’s support at UNESCO

Algeria’s Minister of Education, Mohamed Seghir Saadaoui, took part in the election of Egypt’s Khaled Ahmed El Enany as the new UNESCO Director-General during the 43rd General Conference in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

Algeria congratulated El Enany and reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with UNESCO to advance education, science, and culture, in line with sustainable development goals.

On the sidelines, Minister Sadaoui met with Comoros’ government spokesperson, Fatma Ahmada, to discuss strengthening cooperation and sharing expertise in education.
