AADL 3 makes a big move by 80,000 homes across 26 wilayas

Algeria’s AADL has marked a major step forward by localizing over 80,000 AADL 3 housing units in 26 wilayas, in line with President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s directives.

The figure now standing at 80,105 units exceeds initial commitments and reflects a faster build pace and tighter follow-up. Launched from Constantine last November, the rollout has expanded steadily, with flagship projects like 20,000 units in Boumerdes. Backed by the 2025–2026 finance laws, the program is on track to deliver 500,000 homes by 2026, turning promises into concrete progress.
