Algerian judges undergo advanced training

The Ministry of Justice announced a series of training sessions for judges starting Sunday, aimed at enhancing their skills and updating their knowledge on legislative and regulatory developments.
Sixty judges from the Penalties Enforcement Division will take part in practical training at the Higher School of Judiciary from December 21–23. Four judges will attend the 10th National Sessions for Account Controllers on December 22–23, focusing on the role of auditing in restoring Algeria’s international financial credibility.
Additionally, 100 judges and staff will participate in workshops on international criminal judicial cooperation on December 24–25, covering extraditions, international arrest warrants, recovery of criminal assets, and other forms of cross-border collaboration. These initiatives aim to strengthen practical skills, highlight best practices, and improve the application of international judicial cooperation mechanisms in criminal matters.
