President Tebboune grants full presidential pardon

Acting in accordance with the Constitution, notably Articles 91 (paragraphs 7 and 8) and 182, and based on the advisory opinion issued by the Supreme Council of the Judiciary pursuant to Article 182.

President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Tuesday signed a presidential decree granting a full pardon for the remainder of the sentence to the detainee definitively convicted, Mohamed El Amine Belghith.
