Sheikh Mohamed Saleh Al-Siddiq awarded national merit medal

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune awarded the National Merit Medal, “Achid” grade, to the esteemed mujahid, scholar, and writer Sheikh Mohamed Saleh Al-Siddiq, in recognition of his lifelong scientific and religious contributions and his role in promoting the values of moderation, balance, and tolerance.
The ceremony took place on Thursday at the Moufdi Zakaria Palace of Culture in Algiers, overseen by Minister of Culture and Arts Malika Bendouda and the Presidential Adviser for Education, Higher Education, Vocational Training, and Culture, Nasreddine Ben Taïfour, with the presence of several ministers, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of National Defense, and prominent national and cultural figures.
