Algiers hosts car-free day downtown

Algiers-Centre Municipality on Friday organized a new edition of the “Car-Free Day” event, as part of the winter school holiday city animation program.

Held at the Central Post Office Square, the event featured cultural, artistic, and sports activities in a lively winter atmosphere, drawing strong participation from families and citizens.

The initiative was carried out in line with the instructions of Algiers Governor Mohamed Abdennour Rabhi.
