President Tebboune mourns historian and moudjahid Mohamed Harbi

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Friday offered his sincere condolences to the family of moudjahid and historian Mohammed Harbi, who passed away at the age of 93, saying Algeria has lost “a remarkable man.”

In his message, the President praised Harbi’s early commitment to the struggle against colonialism, his role in the Liberation Revolution and the Provisional Government of the Algerian Republic, and his later contributions as a writer and historian who enriched global knowledge of Algeria’s national movement and revolution.

The President extended his sympathies to the family and the revolutionary community, praying for God’s mercy upon the deceased and comfort for his loved ones
