Attaf discusses regional issues with Dutch counterpart

Algeria’s Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held a phone call with his Dutch counterpart Tom Berendsen to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.

During the conversation, Attaf congratulated Berendsen on his recent appointment as head of diplomacy for the Netherlands. The two ministers explored ways to strengthen cooperation between Algeria and the Netherlands ahead of upcoming bilateral meetings.

They also exchanged views on the escalating situation in the Middle East, as well as recent developments in the Sahel region.
