Mauritanian PM Pays Tribute to Algeria’s Martyrs
Mokhtar Ould Diay paid tribute to Algeria’s martyrs on Tuesday during a visit to the Martyrs’ Memorial, where he laid a wreath and observed a moment of remembrance.
He also toured the National Museum of the Moudjahid, receiving an overview of Algeria’s history, particularly the War of Independence.
The visit comes as part of his official trip to Algiers for the Algeria–Mauritania Joint Commission meetings.
