Youth Minister visits El Oued to strengthen unity

Youth Minister Mustapha Hidaoui has landed in El Oued for a working visit packed with field inspections and project launches aimed at energizing youth spaces across the region.

Welcomed by local officials, including Governor Larbi Bahloul, the visit marks a key stop in the government’s push to strengthen youth engagement on the ground.

The highlight? The official kickoff of the “Maghreb Free Youth Camp,” part of the Spring Youth Festival 2026, running throughout the March–April school break. Under the theme “Youth in Motion… for Stronger National Unity,” the event brings together young people from across Algeria, alongside participants from Tunisia and Libya.

More than just a gathering, the camp sends a clear message: building bridges, fighting social challenges, and reinforcing unity both at home and across the Maghreb.
