Angola Algeria As Ever As Before

A long-serving African maverick struggle for liberation has, in a pace of two-day visit, resumed old glorious Algerian anti-colonial war. In the very early times of Algerian independence, Angola under leadership of Agostino Neto set off “Wig Wag” signal with help of Algeria.
It was the start of a long dark night in the once-called richest oil deposit of Cabinda Enclave. Algeria, the very first armed supportive country, set the first landscape of Angolan battle struggle. Forty years on, Joao Manuel Goncalves Lourenco stepped in for an official visit, back on tracks of this long epical journey.

The visit paid by strong delegation of businessmen is a signal aiming at making a “New Doing Business Hub”. All in all, Algeria and Angola take new turn of bridging up long-distance wealth-making machine. Well versed in mining industry and oil exploration with a long range of technical and agricultural assets, Angola and Algeria present a one-way mood of cooperation. Package of deals signed so far by both sides witness, in real time, to expand a broader and lasting cooperation.
