Tebboune receives Iran’s ambassador in farewell meeting

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune received on Sunday the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Reza Babani, who paid a farewell visit at the end of his diplomatic mission in Algeria.

The meeting was attended by State Minister and Inspector General of State Services and Local Authorities, Ibrahim Merad, and Presidential Adviser in charge of diplomatic affairs, Ammar Abba.

The talks marked the conclusion of the ambassador’s tenure, reflecting the continued diplomatic engagement between Algiers and Tehran.
