Total readiness underway for the holy hadj journey

Algerian officials officially launched the Holy Sites Monitoring Commission on Wednesday night at the Hadj Mission headquarters in Mecca. Led by Djamel Ammi, this dedicated team is now on the ground to oversee every detail of the upcoming pilgrimage.

The commission’s main focus is to handle the complex logistics of moving thousands of pilgrims between the vital sites of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah. Beyond transportation, the team is responsible for ensuring that housing is comfortable and that catering services meet high standards.

Immediately after the launch, the group held a coordination meeting to set a strict daily inspection schedule for the camps at Mina and Arafat. By working closely with local service offices and Saudi authorities, the commission aims to guarantee that all facilities are 100% ready, ensuring a smooth and spiritual journey for every Algerian pilgrim.
