Lifeguards Squadrons Rush-in Busy Beach Season

As summer kicks off, more than 10,700 lifeguards, divers, doctors, and rescue personnel are heading to Algeria’s beaches to help keep swimmers safe.

The nationwide operation includes hundreds of professional divers, medical teams, rescue boat operators, and thousands of seasonal recruits trained specifically for the busy beach season.
